Help with Assets in Simpro

Customer assets are equipment installed at customer sites that your business services regularly. Use customer assets to store information such as make, model and serial numbers. You can also keep track of your installation and maintenance history including test readings.

Asset Types

Assets are organised in groups called asset types. Each asset type allows you to create unique custom fields for recording information relevant to those assets, as well as unique test readings to collect important information during scheduled maintenance.
